Gurus,
If someone has a card (e.g. paladin) that destroyes target red
permanent can he destroy my mountain? Thank you for your time and
efforts!

Assuming there are no effects in play which make your mountain red, no.
While lands produce mana of a given color, the lands themselves are
colorless.

Only if your Mountain is Red.

And, since that's not a clear enough answer: Mountains are not Red by
default, but can be "painted" that way with an effect (Chaoslace,
anyone?). Then, Southern Paladin could destroy it.

No. A mountain is colorless, not red.

No. The Mountain has no color (is colorless), as do all lands.

Only if some effect has made that land a red land. Lands are colorless, as are
artifacts; lands have no printed mana cost, and have mana cost defined as0,
so do not have any colored mana symbols IN their mana cost to GIVE them a color
in the first place. So they're colorless.

Hydroblast can only destroy a mountain if something else has made that
mountain red, such as Chaoslace or Alchor's Tomb.
